Still Waters Equestrian Academy is a non profit organization whose mission is to share God’s gift of horses by welcoming anyone interested in all that horses can offer regardless of age, ability or income.

AGE – Students of all ages welcome. We currently have children as young as 5 and adults in their 60’s as students.

ABILITY – More students of all abilities are served in our specially equipped Morning Star Riding Center.

INCOME – Scholarships available. We will work with any budget to share the opportunities horses can offer.

Summer Camp

Dear Still Waters Equestrian Academy Friends and Camp Families,

Still Water Equestrian's first priority is the safety and well-being of those we serve in all of our programs. The health and safety of your children, our staff and community is paramount and is at the core of our decision making at all times.\

In accordance with the current directive health measures, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the first 4 weeks of summer camp, May 26 - June 20, and provide full refunds to each family. These families have already been notified. We sincerely thank you for your patience as we navigate this uncharted territory surrounding the COVID-19 health concerns. This is not a decision that we make lightly as we understand the impact this has on families, schedules, and the expectations of your children.

At this time we are not cancelling all summer camps, with hope of looser restrictions, a safer community environment and indications that we can operate safely. We will continue to update you on the status of future scheduled and possibly new camps and will work diligently to provide as much notice as possible, while monitoring this quickly evolving situation.

We understand that during this time, not everyone may feel comfortable with the idea of returning to camp even after June 23 - we respect your opinion and will extend a full refund to any family registered for camps after June 23rd.

I know this is disappointing news to you and heartbreaking for us. Please let us know how we can help you with your camper's registration. We can issue a refund to your original form of payment, apply your payment to a later camp (if situation and availability allow) or issue you a tax deductible receipt for a generous donation to Still Waters during these difficult times. Please let us know how you would like us to proceed with your account.
